TBU FINAL TPS GROUP KAIZEN PRESENTATION

TBU is 3rd company undergone Group TPS Kaizen activities. First and second companies are APM 

Shock Absorber and Denso which completed in year 2012. TBU Group kaizen are participated by members from

TBU, OMI, Sanyco, USISB, AISB and APM Plastic.  TBU  Group TPS Kaizen kick off activity held on 15 April , followed

by interim presentation on 29 April 2013. As a overall , TBU Group kaizen  is able to meet their setting target.
