SUGIHARA GRAND INDUSTRIES TSC GROUP KAIZEN KICK OFF EVENT

Objective            : To kick off the Group Kaizen activities at SGI

This group kaizen are participated by 7 companies such 1) SGI 2)Sanyco, 3)AISB, 4)TBU, 5) P/Codan, 6) K/Jebco

and 7) Sipro. This activitiy targetted to complete around one month period which by early December 2013. 

Their main focus is to enhance the cutting process  from manual to water jet cutting process.
