2014 CCCF MENTORING PROGRAM

Purpose       :

1.  Coaching in CCCF implementation from TSC safety committee to support identified suppliers to level up   

     safety and improve audit rating.

2.   Provide step-by-step guideline in setting up CCCF structure and practices.

3.  Train and direct staff at all level to carry out CCCF hazard identification

     and corrective measures cycles by sharing experiences and case studies.

4.  Guide Suppliers to achieve better Audit Result with the Mentoring program.
